Dr. Hardin is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, personable, etc. I can not say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond, and cares about her work. I am so happy I found a place in Richardson with such an amazing young talent. And they do free teeth whitening with PPO insurance!! I definitely will always come to Mint Dental as long as I am here. More

Ellyn was fantastic during my deep cleaning today! In the beginning, I was having a rough time after being numbed for the cleaning. Ellyn eased my anxiety by giving me a few minutes to myself before she began, then explaining everything to me, treating me with the upmost kindness during the cleaning, and encouraging me along the way. I am so upset that I can’t remember my doctor’s name but, him and Keyona were AMAZING! I’ve been to Mint before and honestly had a terrible experience at the location I went to. It was rushed and just not an overall good experience, so I was leery of trying them again years later. But once I saw this location and how beautiful it was, I said to myself that the staff had to match and it did. From my check in process, getting fitted for whitening trays, the teeth cleaning process, the check up on my dental health in general, I am beyond impressed. I’ve already been scheduled for my 6 month check up. Ignore the negative reviews. I can’t wait to come back! More

I’m not one to leave reviews, hardly ever. But I have to for this office! I have severe anxiety and because of bad dentist experiences in the past, I haven’t kept up with my dental care for years. I started going to the Richardson office and in the middle of having work done several months ago, I had a panic attack in the chair, with all the instruments in my mouth. The staff were very kind and understanding, took everything out of my mouth and gave me a minute to breathe and everything. It took longer with the breaks, but they were patient and we got the work done that needed to be. When I came back for a deep cleaning yesterday, they gave me nitrous and again, were patient and gentle. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you have severe anxiety. It’s nice to see a place with staff that is understanding and accommodating for people with anxiety—places like this are hard to find. More

The staff are super nice and welcoming and office is so nicely decorated. Mufed was the dental hygienist who took care of my teeth cleaning. I voiced my anxieties about cleaning and my sensitive teeth and he was very gentle, took his time, and checked up on me often to make sure everything is okay. For the first time, in my life I’ve had a completely painless cleaning with no bleeding at all!!! Mufed eased all my anxieties and made me want to come back every 6 months and be proactive about my dental health! More

I have “dentist anxiety” and it took a great amount of will power to go after not going to the dentist for many many years! My experience with CityLine dentistry was excellent. Everyone here has practice COVID-19 procedure. They are safe with temperature reading and making sure everyone has mask on right after the cleaning. I went in for a check up and Lucy gave me a wonderful detail cleaning and gave me tips on how to care for my teeth. Rachel constantly check on me to see how I was doing. Overall the staff here is great! More

The initial process of scheduling an appointment was easy and I appreciate the convenient text messages. When I arrived for my routine cleaning appointment I was greeted and offered amenities such as water and fruit snacks. I also had a misunderstanding about a prior service and billing issue from another location, and Yajaira at the front desk was able to assist me in getting my issue resolved. She remained informative and attentive to my concern. Without question, this was my best dental experience to date. From the time I walked in, it was all about me.they took care of me and made me feel like I was important and not just a paying customer. Glad I came in. They will treat you right. Dallas might be a big city but it’s really hard to find a good dentist. I had to change dentists three times before I tried Mint. Of course, they did an excellent job with advertisement. I just had my first cleaning there and the staff was incredibly amazing! They give you a goody bag when you leave filled with toothpaste etc. .... but it also had a RED lipstick on my bag! I can just go on and on ... however, the office had this contemporary look that made you feel you are in some sort of high rise building office in NYC. Well done!
