Dr. Hardin is the best dentist I have ever had. She is very thorough, gentle, knowledgeable, personable, etc. I can not say enough good things about her. She goes above and beyond, and cares about her work. I am so happy I found a place in Richardson with such an amazing young talent. And they do free teeth whitening with PPO insurance!! I definitely will always come to Mint Dental as long as I am here. More

I haven’t been to mint in a little bit, but I got a new dental hygienist, which I was slightly apprehensive of because it’s always hard to start a new relationship. My hygienist, Elaine, I believe her name was, was absolutely amazing. Kind very sweet and very informative. Also, I was very sad to see that my regular dentist, Dr. Bui, Is no longer with the practice, but I found out it was just because of family reasons. However, my new dentist was amazing and kind and sweet, and as a person of color in professional fields, I can’t tell you how much it means to me to see other people of color in professional fields. Ellyn was fantastic during my deep cleaning today! In the beginning, I was having a rough time after being numbed for the cleaning. Ellyn eased my anxiety by giving me a few minutes to myself before she began, then explaining everything to me, treating me with the upmost kindness during the cleaning, and encouraging me along the way. I truly enjoy coming to Mint. I have been a customer since 2017 and they have gotten better and better. My Dr now is Dr EJ and she takes amazing care of me and my son. She knows who I am by name and remembers what is going on with my teeth. The hygienist at the city line location Ellyn is amazing she truly has a passion for her job. She educated me and my son on the importance of flossing daily and showed us some good techniques. I believe Mint needs a podcast on the importance of taking good care of your teeth the proper way and have her run it. She is possesses a wealth of information and I think I probably only got to tap the surface. As long as I am living in Dallas Mint will always be my dentist. More

They’re not kidding when they say they make sexy teeth! I chipped my front tooth 3 times in 3 days between fillings. We had a good laugh about it each time, and no one was upset with me for ruining my dental work (: Dr. EJ is amazing and completely transformed my smile, inspecting each factor causing me to chip my tooth when I was grinding my teeth at night. She was super attentive and completely customized and adjusted my teeth to ensure no more chipping! My smile is better than before I chipped it. I’m very happy to say I probably won’t be seeing the Mint Team for another 6 months. Thank you so much! More

I was really disappointed the lady in the office called me the night before my appointment and advised I need $600 for 3 cavity fills so I called the young lady to ask why was I suppose to pay for Fillings when I have dental Insurance The lady was rude and not friendly @ all I have been going to this location since it opened and I asked the lady could I make payments because I really did not want to cancel my appointment So instead of the young lady trying to assist she was saying well I will just cancel your appointment and when you are ready you can reschedule so i was so disappointed in the really bad customer service and so I just hung up and called the corporate office More

Just to give a little background…I have really bad anxiety and depression. Therefore my mental health has not been the best and I’ve been so scared to go to the dentist and be judged. What I thought would happen ended up being the exact opposite. I absolutely adore Ellyn! She made everything feel ten times easier. She didn’t make me feel bad nor did she judge me. Her jokes are the best and her words are so warm and encouraging. I absolutely love the rest of the staff there. The treatment coordinator made sure I understood everything and that I knew I had options about financial decisions. The X-ray tech was super sweet and made sure I was comfortable! She made sure I knew about the massage chairs (which I loved). My dentist was awesome and she made sure to reassure me through everything! I’m sorry to leave such a long review but I absolutely adore the City Line Mint Dentistry staff! I hope you see this Ellyn everyone loves you! More

The whole staff at City Line was wonderful! The front office staff is happy to great you. My x-ray tech was easy to talk to and gentle. The dentist I saw was very patient and personable, too. I absolutely adored my hygienist, Ellyn. She’s so fun to talk to, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The treatment coordinator, Will was also great. He explained all my overall treatment, and helped me understand financing options and what to prioritize. I am so upset that I can’t remember my doctor’s name but, him and Keyona were AMAZING! I’ve been to Mint before and honestly had a terrible experience at the location I went to. It was rushed and just not an overall good experience, so I was leery of trying them again years later. But once I saw this location and how beautiful it was, I said to myself that the staff had to match and it did. From my check in process, getting fitted for whitening trays, the teeth cleaning process, the check up on my dental health in general, I am beyond impressed. I’m not one to leave reviews, hardly ever. But I have to for this office! I have severe anxiety and because of bad dentist experiences in the past, I haven’t kept up with my dental care for years. I started going to the Richardson office and in the middle of having work done several months ago, I had a panic attack in the chair, with all the instruments in my mouth. The staff were very kind and understanding, took everything out of my mouth and gave me a minute to breathe and everything. It took longer with the breaks, but they were patient and we got the work done that needed to be. When I came back for a deep cleaning yesterday, they gave me nitrous and again, were patient and gentle. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you have severe anxiety. It’s nice to see a place with staff that is understanding and accommodating for people with anxiety—places like this are hard to find. More

I tried the Plano location first and they made me feel like I was in the ghetto. From the dentist to the receptionist they were all horrible and made me feel mouth shamed because I hadn’t been to the dentist in 14 years. So I changed to the city line location in Richardson. The receptionists and dental assistants are especially wonderful pleasant and professional. I didn’t feel embarrassed to be there. I was a little shame to get my deep clean because the hygienist was so fine, but he made me comfortable, he was gentle & so nice. when I got my wisdom teeth pulled the dentist made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain. The staff at this location is wonderful for someone like me who is deathly afraid of the dentist and embarrassed to let someone look in their mouth. They also allow split payments as you’re getting work done instead of it all up front. And the wait time is impressive, they call u within 5 mins if that. They also have snacks to eat. and mouth wash in the bathroom if u need to freshen up before going in. Both locations are very clean and nicely decorated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they moved a little bit slow on the lab work which ruined my vacation but other than that this location is awesome. More

This was my first dental appointment since moving to Dallas a little over a year ago. The office is clean and organized. I was greeted as I walked in. This was already a plus for me. My dentist Jay and his assistant Rachel made me feel very comfortable. They let me know everything ther were doing and eased my anxiety. They answered my questions and worked well together. My experience with CityLine dentistry was excellent. Everyone here has practice COVID-19 procedure. They are safe with temperature reading and making sure everyone has mask on right after the cleaning. I went in for a check up and Lucy gave me a wonderful detail cleaning and gave me tips on how to care for my teeth. Rachel constantly check on me to see how I was doing. I have always heard of Mint and decided to try them after being with one of their competitors and I can def say Mint surpassed my expectations. Everything you have heard about them is 100% true. They give you an experience like no other dental office. The staff goes above and beyond. The ladies in the office are simply amazing. They make everything very easy and convenient. My tech made sure I was comfortable during my visit and she was so nice and informative to everything they would do during my visit. 10/10 top of the line. Mint has raised the bar to the dental experience. From the beautiful modern waiting room with a snack bar to Pandora or netflix at every station. This is hard to beat and you do not feel the typical outdated office setting. It gave me more of a spa feel. My teeth felt much cleaner and they gave me a goodie bag with so much stuff. Not only do they send you home with goodies but they actually make a dental plan that works for you and what you need done. They do give you the iconic Mint glasses you wear during your visit. I’ve heard about mint dentistry advertising all over the place so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been to the dentist before but have not had an experience like this. All the amenities like tooth brush/mouthwash in the bathrooms, mini snack bar, a pair of mint glasses so the light is not shining in your eyes, massage/heating chairs etc. made me feel like royalty. Did they have to? no but it was nice that they did some ppl don’t care for but I loved it . They also let you watch Netflix or listen to Pandora while you wait. They also give you goodie bags and they did not skimp out including the take home teeth whiting kit. They do their best to make it work for you with your plan of care. Overall I felt like I had a five star dental experience. More

Dallas might be a big city but it’s really hard to find a good dentist. I had to change dentists three times before I tried Mint. Of course, they did an excellent job with advertisement. I just had my first cleaning there and the staff was incredibly amazing! They give you a goody bag when you leave filled with toothpaste etc. .... but it also had a RED lipstick on my bag! I can just go on and on ... however, the office had this contemporary look that made you feel you are in some sort of high rise building office in NYC. Well done! I had an amazing experience at Mint Dentistry. I went in as a walk-in for an "emergency" procedure that occurred on Sunday and called first thing on Monday. Samari and Ketoya were so compassionate and professional. Fortunately someone had not showed and they were able to take care of me. Samari even called the following day to see how I was doing. I had recently changed dentists because I didn't feel he cared and was looking for a dentist's office that went "Above and Beyond". All of the staff at Mint Dentistry are SUPERSTARS. The dentist did a great job! The new office/decor made me feel very comfortable and I honestly felt like I was at a spa. I will enjoy the sunglasses, lipstick & chapstick and will think of them everytime I use them. I would highly recommend you try Mint and I promise you will be happy you did! More
